With a dedicated and creative events team on hand, interchangeable conference space and a skyline view overlooking London, this newest edition to SW15 will get your guests and clients seeing academic venues in a whole new light.
Situated on Roehampton Lane in the heart of Roehampton University, Elm Grove Conference Centre has been designed by MJP Architects and will offer a main conference area which can be broken down into three smaller rooms, and adjacent to these there are two boardrooms.
Travelling up to the top floor, your eyes are drawn to the landscaped courtyard on towards the beautiful London skyline. This floor can be used for further meeting or exhibition space or a dining experience styled as casual or as formal as you wish. The outside terrace with stunning copper roof provides a real wow factor for any occasion.
This is all in addition to their existing events spaces at Parkstead House and Grove House, both hidden in the heart of Roehampton on the edge Richmond Park and offering a unique mixture of traditional meeting rooms, exquisite banqueting suites and modern lecture halls. The two conference centres, Duchesne and Queens Building, both have state of the art lecture theatres ideal for conferences, meetings and team away days.
The extensive grounds are perfect for team building and fun day. With stunning views over Richmond Park this is also a great setting for BBQs.

The lunch was fantastic and the venue light, airy, clean and a joy to spend the day in. There was plenty of space for social distancing and you had thought carefully about all other hygiene aspects. Thanks to all the event staff who took the stress out of the day and made everything easy.

“The Roehampton Venues Team were very supportive on the planning of the event and clear instructions offered for check in to the hotel. The support offered throughout the three days was excellent and their friendly “can do” approach was much appreciated. The whole team at front desk offered warm friendly welcomes each day. Having this level of support meant I could run the training with no worries.
All rooms in Elm Grove Conference centre used for the event were good size, bright, clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi was excellent and all areas were spotless! The food offered for the three days was fresh and plentiful. Our guests stayed over in the hotel and everybody expressed how convenient and clean the rooms were and provided all that a traveller needed.
We have more events booked here and will continue to come back time and time again.
Once again, thank you so much.”
Nova Levine from Wandsworth Virtual School

We felt really pampered and was a treat to enjoy training off site we even found time to fit in some wandering around the Grove House rose gardens. We would ABSOLUTELY use Roehampton Venues again for future events.”

“Holding our event in the Tulip boardroom and Lime Tree Suite I felt extremely well supported by the venue space. I loved the venue itself, really beautiful spaces, high quality equipment and stunning views. The food at lunch was truly scrumptious and when we needed more coffee it arrived quickly. But the best thing was the staff. Danielle and her team were just great – warm, friendly, efficient and not intrusive, they were there for us throughout the day. I cannot speak highly enough of them.”
Paul Kelly, Chairman, Hopkins Society at Regis University
“It is with pleasure that I write to inform you that our Conference at Roehampton was an unqualified success. It was by far the best Conference we have ever had.
This was in no small way due to the excellent on-site service and attention provided by Anna Teresenko, who is a credit to your Conference management. Our entire group expressed great satisfaction with the organisation, the various meals, and the service that was provided. For my part, I can safely state that having organised Conferences in the US, Ireland and the UK that Anna was the best coordinator I have ever worked with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roehampton to anyone.”
Vicki Fecci, ITF Tennis
“Roehampton Venues support as always was excellent we appreciate the flexibility and enthusiastic attitude shown in support of of our events in the planning and when on site. We are very impressed with the meeting space which perfectly suits our requirements for both small SLT meetings and larger staff meetings. The lime tree suite is also a lovely space for breaks.”
Clare Williams-Slaven, Lawn Tennis Association
“Roehampton Venues supported us really well throughout the process from my initial approach to the day of the event, the team are really helpful on site and know their stuff and always on hand when you need them. Everything was exactly how we expected the day to be and the rooms are clean, neat and modern. The refreshments were plentiful, tasty and on time. The team had even gone to the effort to source vegan biscuits which was greatly appreciated.”
“I wanted to take this opportunity and pass on my thanks for the wonderful way in which you organised and supported our conference on Saturday 2 March. We received really good feedback and when we asked delegates to rate the venue and food (among other things), their comments were resoundingly positive. You and your team did such a great job on Saturday everything went so smoothly and we had lovely feedback from delegates about how much they enjoyed the day and how beautiful the building is. We would definitely use Roehampton Venues again for future events.”

Elm Grove Conference space was bright, fresh, clean and relaxing. The IT equipment was excellent and modern to suit our training needs. We enjoyed moving out the main meeting space for our breaks and most people used the outside space during lunchtime. The food was excellent. Very fresh and healthy. Good options for everyone and plenty to eat, nobody went hungry and everybody commented on how lovely the food was.”
