A Taste of Wasing is now available for diners staying on Saturday nights at the Berkshire venue. Starting with an amuse-bouche featuring pumpkin, chilli and coconut, the following courses include a chicken, lentil and bacon terrine, mackerel with beetroot and watercress and beef check with potato and chervil. A decadent dessert featuring chocolate, hazelnut and passion fruit rounds the tasting menu of deliciously before coffee and truffles are served.
Wasing Park opened its doors for the first time this month for weekend breaks on the beautiful 4,000-acre estate where travellers can enjoy walking trails through the woods and around the lakes. Those in need of some serious rest and relaxation can enjoy yoga and other mindful activities.
Less than an hour from London, Winchester and Oxford, the Wasing Park Boutique Hotel is the perfect countryside retreat.

The new 7-course tasting menu can be enjoyed with or without matching wines.
Prices start at £195 per room, per night, bed and breakfast and breaks are usually offered on a minimum two-night basis. The tasting menu is priced £55 per person and £90 with matching wines.
