The glass fronted Pavilion, which temporarily replaces the Orangery until 2021, benefits from a covered terrace area, making it ideal for seated dinners and receptions in all seasons. A first for Kensington Palace. This new venue is a purpose-built, one of a kind building, offering a flexible space for a range of events, with the terrace overlooking the stunning gardens and East façade of the historic Georgian royal home. The Palace’s beautiful and lush gardens can themselves accommodate outside receptions, whether on a grand scale for 1000 guests on the Orangery lawn, or for a more intimate gathering in the Sunken Garden.
