From 3 April, new classes will run three times a day at 7.30am, 9.30am and 6.30pm,
except on Wednesdays when they will take place at 11am and 6.30pm.
Run by Jill Watson, styles of yoga will include: the basics, hatha flow and slow flow,
pregnancy yoga, meditation, embodied movement and yoga nidra.
