The Ashcroft Room is the National Theatre’s members’ room, complete with river views and balcony. It is a private room, ideal for smaller lunch events for up to 20 guests.

The Ashcroft Room can be hired from £375+vat and three-course menus start from £35+vat pp.

If you are looking for a venue for a small Christmas lunch, the Ashcroft Room at the National Theatre is perfect. Used at night exclusively by members, the Ashcroft Room can seat up to 20 guests for lunch (up to 4pm) or if you’d prefer something less formal they can accommodate up to 40 standing guests for a canapé, bowl food or buffet service. If you’d like them to decorate the room they can advise on options, or you may wish to bring in your own Christmas crackers to help your event go with a bang!
