Aviator Brasserie Hospitality For Farnborough International Airshow 2012

Tuesday 7th February 2012

Created by TAG group as a hotel for elite travellers, Aviator is one of the most striking hotels of recent times, its innate style binding the timeless glamour of aviation with sophisticated interiors and ultimate comfort. Few architectural designs make a bigger impact or have such an obvious synergy with Farnborough International Airshow.

Taking place only once every two years, the Farnborough International Airshow is the biggest event of its kind in the world and makes the ideal event for summer hospitality, presenting a unique opportunity to view static displays of ground-breaking technology, as well as watch daredevil feats of aerobatics and vintage flying. The only hotel with its own private entrance to the Airshow, Aviator offers an unrivalled position from which to view the spectacle of the Airshow, and its Brasserie hospitality package presents an indulgent experience to create a truly memorable occasion, available to parties of between 2 and 10 guests.

Brasserie hospitality commences with a Veuve Clicquot Champagne reception on arrival from 11.30am, and leads into a gourmet 3 course lunch of seasonal dishes created specifically for the Airshow by Executive Chef Andrew Donovan. Airshow displays and events continue throughout the day and guests are free to watch from the prime position of the Aviator viewing terrace where they can take afternoon tea, or enjoy a summer cocktail or glass of wine. Brasserie hospitality runs daily between 11.30am and 17.00pm, throughout the Airshow from Monday 9th July to Sunday 15th July and costs from £175 per person, with tables seating between 2 and 10 guests. Overnight accommodation is available from £195.

ABOUT AVIATOR

Aviator was created by TAG Group as a hotel for elite travellers moving between London and the world's leading destinations. Located near London in Farnborough, Hampshire, Aviator opened in 2008 as one of the most striking design hotels in recent times. Innately stylish, Aviator binds the timeless glamour of aviation with seductive interiors and ultimate comfort.

There are 138 Aviator Rooms, 12 Aviator Studios and 19 Sky Suites. Bedroom interiors are contemporary yet rich and comfortable with walnut panelling, leather accented furniture and bathrooms with black glass walls, granite vanity tops and chrome finishing.

Sky Suites amplify the indulgent personality of the hotel with walk in wardrobes, generous bath tubs, Missoni blankets and space to lounge surrounded by dark wood Venetian blinds.

The lobby and atrium of the hotel present the Deli, Brasserie and Sky Bar which overlooks the TAG owned private airport.

Within the Brasserie sit two of the hotel's private dining rooms, exemplifying the intimacy and allure of the dining experience. The variety of fresh and classical dishes is accompanied by carefully selected boutique wines from producers around the world. Located on the first floor is Sky Bar, a cocktail bar designed with intention. Secluded black leather Rocket chairs and relaxing lounge areas create the ultimate place to sip our signature cocktails.

The design of event spaces at Aviator is well considered. The private entrance to the events wing and dedicated relaxing lounge areas provide direct access to the versatile meeting rooms. Used exclusively for tailored events and celebrations, the Sky Lounge overlooks awesome views of the airport and combines with the atrium to create a venue that promises to leave a lasting impression.
