One Alfred Place is a new kind of private members' environment that merges business and leisure. Founded in 2008 by a group of like-minded people from the music and publishing industries it is based in the heart of Fitzrovia. Close to Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road tube stations, the club is also easily accessed from Euston, Kings Cross and Victoria.

They treat members and guests professionally and respectfully, but welcome them as if they are coming into their home. The club has a relaxed, yet business-like feel, and the expanse of windows enhance the light, airy and contemporary atmosphere.

Whichever space you choose, their renowned chef, Duncan Impey, can cook food to suit your occasion, from canapés and buffets through to fine à la carte dining. Their bar staff will serve you fine wines and their signature cocktails and mocktails and their Floor Managers will ensure that everything runs smoothly for you. They can guarantee that you will be well looked after if you book an event at One Alfred Place and your guests will leave with a great impression.

Store Street Room: An antidote to traditional conferencing and presentation facilities this is a large lounge with colourful soft furnishings, lending a modern salon feel to any event. With windows on all sides (which have blinds for presentations), the view of trees on Store Street adds to the vibrancy. This can be hired for theatre-style presentations and speaker events, for product launches or networking parties and can be arranged in a variety of layouts to suit your needs.

AV Equipment: A projector, screen, speakers (including for iPod) and laptops available on-site; microphones, PA systems and other equipment can be hired through their third party supplier.

Capacity: 100 (standing); 80 (theatre style)

Boardrooms 1 & 2: Inspiring at any time of day, these light-filled rooms have solid wooden tables seating 16 people comfortably for board meetings, brainstorming, audio conferencing and private dining. Bookable for a 2 hour minimum then by the hour thereafter they are the perfect private venue for smaller meetings.

Capacity: 16 (seated) 14 private dining

Boardroom 3: The most versatile of their boardroom spaces, this room is equipped with a whiteboard for idea generation and can be laid out theatre-style, boardroom-style or completely cleared for intimate networking parties. It is also available for private dining and is bookable by the hour, after a 2 hour minimum hire.

Capacity: 20 (seated); 25 (theatre-style); 30 (standing)

Boardroom 4: A relaxed space with a meeting/dining table and large comfy sofa for breakout sessions, this room provides the ultimate flexibility for more informal meetings. It is also ideal for filming interviews and private dining.

Bar and Restaurant: This area is a relaxed and stylish space. The bar is well stocked with an array of wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks and the floor to ceiling windows can let the light flood in or be covered for a more intimate feel. White tulip tables and cosy booths allow for chatting or dining, alternatively the whole space can be cleared to give maximum standing room. This space is in two sections, divided by a shimmer curtain, so dependent on your numbers you can sweep this back to allow the entire room or just hire one section, partitioned off.

Whole club: One Alfred Place spans across 10,000 sq ft. The whole club can be hired exclusively on weekends. This includes all of the space listed above and their spacious reception lounge, with sofa groups for relaxed chatting. Please contact them for further details.
