Trafalgar Events & Meeting Rooms is a stylish and exciting new venue by Trafalgar Square on 8- 9 Northumberland Street. Set in a striking Grade II listed Georgian fronted town house, offering state of the art facilities.

Positioned in a superb central London location by Trafalgar Square, just two minutes from Charing Cross over ground and Embankment underground stations makes Trafalgar Events an ideal venue for events services, meeting requirements and hospitality.

This designer finished venue can accommodate meetings for 8, conferences of up to 60 per floor - for 3 floors - or indeed parties of up to 300. It is as perfect for a glamorous reception or dinner as it is for a conference or board meeting. Effortless style, service and ethics mean that Trafalgar Events & Meeting Rooms is taking things to the next level.

Stretched over 5 floors, the lower ground floor can easily be transformed into a screening room or a disco and has a small courtyard attached for those wanting fresh air. The venue is available for hire 7 days a week and overall can comfortably host a party for around 300 people, plus there are smaller rooms available for hire to accommodate just 8 for a meeting or lunch.

Each floor has a different accent colour so you can choose the floor most appropriate for your event. For example the Red Floor is perfect for brainstorming, networking or creative thinking as the colour red is associated with energy. There is also an Orange Floor denoting Enthusiasm, a calming Green Floor, a Tranquil Blue Floor and a Purple Floor denoting Enlightenment. Your event manager will recommend the best floor for your event. Gone are the days of grey, neutral space. Hello colour, style and design!

Research has been undertaken in the design of every aspect of the venue from the Lumicor recycled glass reception desk and colour therapy room colours to using sensor lights and waterless urinals.

With a strong ethical and environmental policy, Trafalgar Events & Meeting Rooms uses like-minded suppliers and recycles all waste from food to paper with all collateral printed on recycled paper.
