Waterloo-based Eden has 17 years of experience creating stylish food for events in London and across the home counties. As well as promising the finest, freshest ingredients, the Eden manifesto also pledges to minimise food waste (partly by donating peelings to a local City farm), send zero waste to landfill, reduce carbon emissions, source British ingredients from local suppliers and reject air-freighting.

Ingredients might be as British as they come, but flavours hail from across the globe. Canapés are just as likely to include tuna wasabi and chilli lemongrass chicken as cheese scones and hot roast salmon on sourdough, while lamb rogan josh sits alongside shepherd’s pie on the 'bowl food' menu. Barbecues and fork buffets are similarly wide ranging. Equipment and staff hire can also be arranged. For venues without prep facilities, Eden Express delivers ready to eat breakfasts, finger buffets and bowl food.
